AndyRST - ive come home and what appears to be happening is a clicking inside the bonnet, but it sounds louder inside the car than it does when looking under the bonnet. Its not revs related as the more you rev the car the clicking sound continues at the same pitch and speed. When looking under the air intake from the left front wing, looking past the air flow module and where the black intake starts to head towards the throttle, under there looks like the ignition cable attached to the throttle is constantly extending in and out as if the throttle is opening and closing by itself does yours do this? yet when revved this doesnt change, so it cant be that, and think the vibration is mainly from the clutch when inside? even though its under warranty, absolutely fucked off that its happened and that my wife still cant drive it now until I get the time to take it down to Ford to be fixed which wont be until the weekend fuck the mondeo ST, getting me another beemer as company motor, got used to only having to fill up with fuel and nothing else!
