i had this,i was paying her direct so to keep the csa out of it and they kept sending me letters saying i had to pay arrears to them and then pay my ex direct WTF i phoned them up LOTS of times to tell them that i am paying and can prove it and that i owe the robbing cunts nothing,they told me in the end that i was in the right and they had fucked up,dont let them get away with it phone them up and keep doing so untill they listen
