I think i just got the YTS at Liverpool Victoria, jhe quoted me £511, and then told me that the mods don't make a difference

So i argued with him that surely a 150% power increase, roll cage etc will make a difference, he said " no, that will be fine", so i said "can you just double check that for me?", so after a 5 minute wait he comes back; " sorry mr Nutter ( with a snigger) we are unable to insure that! "
