There are many things that are good to do

go to a basketball game but find out here about tickets as they sell out quickly (depends whos playing) atmosphere is electric

Book a dolphin experience day over at clearwater which is simply stunning white clean sand for miles and clearwater funnily enough

Theres Gatorland where you can feed the animals its about $15 each if you book online when i get home ill dig out loads of links for you

The same with disney tickets you can get em alot cheaper on line

Seaworld is awesome too they normally do a buy one ticket and they give you a senond day free if used in the smae week

Go to UNIVERSAL studios this is a STUNNING day buy a 3 day ticket if you can its better than Disney land in my opinion

Go to a dinner show Arabian nights is COOL as is Pirates dinner etc again ill post links later on

If you want to shopping there are some seriously cheap outlet malls that you can go to and spend very little but get loads of stuff

Last time i was there my bag weighed 26 kilos going out and 76 cominig back
