Admittedly, it only happens when you take a while to type one, from time-to-time I have to send a bit of an essay and there is nothing worse than spending 20 mins typing a good informative PM to a newbie, then to lose the whole fecking lot.
Until it's fixed, I'd suggest typing any long posts in Notepad, then copy/pasting them across......that way, you'll never lose what you're typing, as it's still there in Notepad!
