i have a friend that works for parcelfarce ... complete and utter joke... he is self employed.. if he makes a mistake they comedown on him like hell .. but if the normal employed people do it they just say oh well, try harder next time .. if he makes a non delivery (not in etc), it then has to goto the local main post office .. he then gets paid 15 pence to deliver it there.... so just think when you have 20 people not in instead of full payment he gets £3 i know he has had enough of it now .. gets up at 5am gets home at 7pm every day ... but does have a 3 hour lunch break
they have moved the parcel sorting office 3 times in 2 years to save money .. but instead of a central point for everyone its now 20 miles from the main area.

sorry but imho the post office as a compnay are pathetic ... they need to have a unified set of rules that everyone sticks to..

bit that really makes me laugh is although they are parts of the same parent company the post office will not do anything concerned with parcelfarce .. sorry mate nothing to do with us .. have to take that small parcel to the main post office .. not this post office collection centre..
