Hate to be the bearer of bad news but prepare for the worse.

My grandad had it aswell, died less than six hours later, luckily he didn't know and just died in his sleep un-aware. the doctor told us what she thought it was the night before, then early next morning we got the phonecall

It's apparently one of the worst to treat as is normally only diagnosied in the very late stages.
