Default frst exhaust emissions

Had my mot done today on my frst, and the emissions test came back as
CO: 5.47% and HC: 2830 PPM (failed). the mot tested fiddle around with the car and got them down to the legal limits which are CO: <3.50% and HC<1200 PPM . I had my car set up on the rolling road a year ago to the spec i have which is-

stage 2 chip (motorsport developments)
cossie fuel pump
beige injectors
t3 turbo
piper 285t2 cam
pace cooler
and was r/r at 200bhp@ 14psi

my question is now the mot tester has fiddled with the emissions of the engine will it mess with the fuel of my car? and should i turn down the boost abit in case theres not enough fuel at full load? also does n e one know the CO AND HC figures i should be looking at for my engine spec? cheers
