what a total bunch of W**nkers!

i have been using Parcels2go for ages now, as they take paypal!! anyway, i had to send a rad, intercooler, bodykit, and sunroof with em. all wrapped up and ready to go, all paid for, so they get collected at the end of august. now i out massive labels on, and a return addy, any way, there on a next day service... welll long story short,

one parcel turns up on the 10th, and the other was last seen on the 15th in manchester.....

now they are telling me to claim from them, this is all well and good, but this leaves the buyer with out a kit etc, and me in a diff position, as i cant afford to refund the money for the kit!!!
