hi peps

the water washer pump on my car is not working i have checked the fuse, its ok, ive brought a new pump still not working, i checked it with a multi meter and its reading 12 volt when the washer button is pressed ive bypassed the earth and it works with out pressing the button in. any ideas is there a relay or something that ive forgotten.
