What we have to remember is tho that there is 10 years between the first cossie and the first evo"s ( maybee more ) so they cant realy be compared that well

Having said that the cossie still holds its own against cars 20 years newer Will there ever be a car that holds its own in 20 years built today ??? Never in a million years .

The cossie is a legend , simple as that and thats why people love them

COSWORTH , what other car name makes people talk as much as that

Modern cars are all electronics , yes they are more reliable , if it wasnt for that fact would any of you seriously own one if a cossie was as reliable ????

I would honestly think not

Paul
To be fair Paul, I have been extremely lucky with reliability in the 6½ years that I've owned my Escos, but as parts get harder to source and parts wearing out on a 12 year old car, I am being a realist and sticking with the Evo and selling the Escos. I have loved the Escos to bits the whole time I've owned it [still do] and I will be absolutely gutted when it's sold.

I have always liked Evos but never enough to sell the Escos for one. This year I had the chance to get one without selling the Escos and I had it in my mind that I would never like it as much as the Escos, but I was wrong..... I love driving the Evo, I like everything about it, bar the crap turning circle fuel consumption is far better, handling is awesome and modding is cheap for a reliable 360-370bhp.
