Now getting na power needs revs so i reckon a nice set of arp rod bolts is needed at least too. Verniers for the cams etc

it's nowhere near as good an engine for n/a modding as a 1.6 zetec-se
And that spec there (inc. your extra bits) is pretty much exactly what my 1.8 zetec was, bar a well modded head.

Do the 1.6 SEs respond well to tuning? I assume you mean fairly light tuning, not doubling the power?
