Default 2litre Zetec better than an RST engine in a modern Escort?

Just wondering what people think seeing as I got a pretty clear idea of people's views on buying a mk5 with an RST engine last night

I've seen a mk6 I quite like. Should be an easy conversion right? Not too taxing.

Buy the car, buy the engine, do some stuff to the engine over a couple/few months than whack it in? What's it take to get a nice 170-180bhp out of a 2.0 Zetec, and which are the best Zetecs to use?

I was thinking along the lines of Cams, Exhaust, TBs, Chip etc? Obviously wouldn't wanna spend silly money so £1k a piece TBs are a no no.

NO NEGATIVE SHIT PLEASE!
