Spot on all these comments, cant believe the amount of deluded fools who commented on your first post Lee, yeah its all well being "a big man" about it by offering to take it back, but you did your bit by stating it had been damaged/dropped in your advert, thats a damn site more than the majority of folks woul dof done mate

You did all you could it was down to the buyer to make sure it was repaired proper before handing over the cash, not after

I'm all for honesty and would feel shit like you do in the same situation, but I have my limits and knowing I had done my bit as the seller would be enough for me, he's a young lad, he'll have to sell it on and chalk it up as a lesson learnt, we've all been there and learnt from ours

Hope it gets sorted mate, maybe you could mention the legal advice in a non threatening sort of way, just so you know where you stood so to speak, see how he reacts.
