bottom line is, tell him you ve spoken to a lawyer, and he as said that not to take the bike back, because the bike was sold as seen, tryed and tested and after looking at the bike he was happy with it, and took it away, so anything could have happened to the bike when it was in his care, because it was sold as seen tryed and tested it came with no warrantly, if he wants to take it further, he ve to take it through the small claims court
