with ref to your other post pal, there is a transfer step off ratio that can me made to suit your car, and your ratios,

i.e if you have a 3.14:1 in the rear and you fitted a 3.62 in the front you can have a pair of step offs to make the ratio up, using a 30 driver and a 26 driven will match the differant ratios. i have a spare 26 gear from a set of 3.9's i used the 24 tooth from, all you would need to have made is one 30 tooth gear, ive just had one made by dennis osbourne, then the chain altered to suit.
