but a 2.5 iveco turbo daily, turbos quite noisy like a gushing sound, not sure if its a sucking gush or a blow type

anyway noticed the wastegate arm seems to be locked solid so im presuming siezed, hopefull ill be able to free it off but would that create that sort of noise?
