Cometic headgaskets arent great IMO, for stage 3 go with group A head

set with a wire rung block not easy with the bottom end in the car but

can be done, mine cost £80 to wire ring it and was done by Andy Fisher.

If you wanted a multi layered item go for the WRC one its a fit and forget

job but costs around £350 just for the gasket
