My car doesn't pull very well at all when on boost and only goes up to 10 psi now even though I've adjusted the actuator. I'm running a new stage 2 turbo with bleed valve. On the way home last night I decided to see if I could find the problem. Pulled the pipe off the actuator to see if it would go over 10 psi which it did being careful not to go over 15psi psi but the car seems not to pull aswell as my mates standard RST. Could my actuator be goosed causing this problem?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
