TOTALLY depends what you want from the car, and what the rest of the spec is.

Either are quite mild.

But you dont need much cam on a turbo car really, unless you limited on boost, or dont mind a car with fuck all low down.

800bhp 2.6litre turbo IndyCars from the 1970s ran cams about as mild as that...
