Have you put the thin metal spacers below all the rocker pivots? If one is missing then the valve will be being held open.
Yes I put them back in. One of my mates is a mechanic and he suggested a sticky valve, or that the collets arent sat in properly.
It must be a valve problem as the other headers dont glow, only this one! Other than that it seems fine.
