By the admission of most on here, Rotweilers are potentially dangerous dogs, even if it takes misguidance by the owner to bring it out, so with that in mind, their ownership MUST without any shadow of doubt be really strictly licenced. It must be as hard to legally own one of these dogs as it is a gun.
