There's something very wrong with the a-arm bushes on the top picture. On the lower one, I can't see really if the concave washers are the right way on the tie-bar. Also, how many adjusting washers do you use on the tie-bar? Think two before the concave one is standard on most models.

A general problem with the polyurethane a-arm bushes is that the original ones had an steel outer sleeve and the poly one don't. This makes them sit on the arm against a very small area and makes them wobbly and wears them out fast. The cure is to weld a bit of tube to the arm to support the bush better.
