My Fiance has paid for her wedding dress and now the company is closing down,(NOT bankruptcy apparently) initially she paid half as a deposit and then recently paid the rest on the promise of the dress arriving last Friday at my mums house being delivered by DHL.
The owner of the shop wont answer her phone, saying that her daughter has gone into hospital, the number we have been given doesn't seem to be hers as some guy answers and says he will take a message for her.
Now, I wasn't worried about this until tonight as I thought it would sort itself out, but now want to know how I can either get the money back or get the dress delivered.
Can I find out the owners home address and pay her a visit for a face to face discussion, if so how do I find it?
Can someone please help as my other half is really upset at this and I am wanting to get it sorted straight away.
