I didn't see the programme, but its a sad fact that chav-scum are becoming more and more common, due to the fact that its kool to "be a gangsta" and make people scared of you It makes me fucking sick that they get away with all the shit they do, drugs, violent crime, theft etc and yet EVERY TIME it goes to court if they ever get caught its some bollox like £25 fine and a anti-social behaviour order yet going 100MPH on a deserted motoway will net you a big fuck off fine and probably a ban as well
this country needs a SERIOUS kick up the arse before we become a nation living in fear of criminals and red tape
