looking for some help!

ive recently had my box changed and when the garage changed it they told me my clutch was 80% worn. i couldnt afford to get the clutch fixed as the 1 in it has only coverd 6000 miles. its an ap4 paddle. now when im driving the car it is harder to get into gear and crunches bad going into reverse.
