hey. hope sumbody can help. fitted a cam to my xr3i an i got a prob. done everything as by the book as i could but when i started it up the revs shot stright to 3500 rpm without me touching the throttle, also the handbrake light on the dash is kinda pulsing as is the rev counter, cant think of what this might be. i dont wana start it and leave it just incase i cause some serious damage. please help.
p.s its the cvh efi engine in a 1990 escort xr3i. cheers.
