I really don't know why people have digs at rs turbo's and ford cvh engines.... Mine runs a very reliable 200bhp and have only had the fuel pump relay go during my time of ownership. Been by far the most reliable car I have ever owned as long as it is a healthy engine and is serviced at the correct intervals you will be fine. I recon 200bhp on a pritty much standard engine is your best bet as you do start pushing the limits of the standard components such as conrods etc.
