Stu,

Always do opposite muscle groups (eg. dont do back and biceps) you will get fatigued quicker and wont be able to lift as much weight

This is mine

monday- chest and biceps
Tuesday- shoulders and triceps
wednesday- back and traps
thursday- legs and biceps
friday- deadlifts and abs/calves or both

saturday and sunday rest, or top up your abs.
