I see what your saying now yes, and teh reason mine have ended up like that is i adjust each week so i end up with a set that leaves my body part feeling worked hard. Sometimes i dont get any feeling after just working a heavy set to failure unless i do quite a lot of pre fatigue, so ive done it like that simply because it seems to work ok for me...
