The Cossie dampers are no problem to fit or maintain.........and not too expensive either. But the damper to me is as close to a "bodge job" from the factory as it's possible to get.......IIRC there is a resonance inherent in the YB engine was causing the 2WD manifold to fail - even while Cosworth were doing early dyno development at light loadings/low/modest revs
