IS it piped up correctly?
W is for the wastegate actuator
R is return to metering unit
C is for compressor housing
You may have to jet the amal valve. There is a small white plastic restrictor in one of the ports of the amal valve. You may need to open the hole up very slightly.
Make sure it is connected electrically too as the ECU will be trying to open and close it to bleed air off and increase the boost. If the ECU can't control the valve, it will remain closed and just send the air straight through to the actuator (essentially making the pipe from the compressor housing and the one from the actuator a straight peice of pipe).
