FIAT and 406 calipers are mounted differently.FOCUS RS are mounted from the sides and FIAT & 406 are mounted from the top.My brackets were £80.Take your HUB & CALIPER to a MACHINE SHOP and they should be able to make you some brackets.Ask on here if there is anyone that specializes in your choice of brake conversion.
