, if you want to do it the easy way, leave all the manifolds on, and just rip the head off with the tubo/inlet still on, then take them off on the bench, can have the head off in about 40 mins like that

, good tip about the old head bolts with heads removed as well, ensures the gasket cannot move as you put the head back on
