After hunting around, Gas & Electric with Atlantic seem to be the cheapest at the moment.

Get your broadband with one of the smaller providers, they offer better deals. If you can get cable then do it, NTL may not be shit hot at customer service, but you can't grumble at the moment at 10MB broadband for £17.50 a month. Then you can get VOIP phone, £8 a month and your done. Save a bundle.
