not so hard getting it out cept for the lower control arms , a lot easier with the anti roll bar disconected from the front
also found it a piece off piss to put back with a chain hoist above the box and used a long piece of rope to make a type of cradle to the hook on the hoist. you can the get the height to line it up and swivel it to get the angle spot on with this - one man job like this
i also use a piece of carpet or the like to stop the crank pulley mucking your paint up when you drop the motor
