no point going to the extra expense of the 16v IMO.

Just rebuild your 1.6 steel rods / proper pistons etc. Tims made 320ish.

I was very happy with my 2.1zvh and deffo recommend it but there is no real advantage over a proper 1.6 in power potential. Mine made 290bhp @ 20psi and the only thing stopping me going higher was the standard rods. So IMO unless you want 350+ then there is no point going down the zetec route, as this is achievable with the cvh head.

Then again in my experience, don't bother wasting yer money on a bean tin! Wish I'd kept mine standard. I'd be rich!
