Well, let's just try it this way:

1000 kg/132 hp = 7,57 kg/hp
now 100 kg less:

900 kg/ 132 hp = 6,81 kg/hp
Now we can work out how much hp we need to achieve the same kg/hp with a car that weighs 1000 kg.

1000 kg / x hp = 6,81 kg/hp
x = 147 hp
So in that case saving 100 kg is about the same as having additional 15 hp.
