The trick to any form of tuning is to sort out the area of most restriction first. So only when your standard filter and box are prooved to be the biggest restriction should you look at changing them.

The biggest form of restriction on most cars is the standard ECU, lose that and add an Emerald (etc) and you can free up a a fair bit of power these days.
