With regards to Steve irwin, YES without any doubt he provoked the fish into attacking, the proof is there plainly, because it attacked him, but its very possible he didnt mean to do so.
He obvioulsy just didnt know as much about them as he does about croc's i guess?
...no Chip it aint plain to see as i beleive the ray was spooked into attack mode due to heading towards a cameraman...thats the story from the witnesses anyway...maybe a lie to cover the truth....but there is no proof of what you say..
