I now have a wiring loom which i took out meself (never again) for me motor. Over the winter i want to clean all the connectors up and make it look really nice.

I notice with these looms though, that if you use black electrical tape it dries up, goes brittle, or just ends up looking really dirty and crappy looking.

So what does everyone who has doen this recommend? i have heard of several things like heat shrink, garden fish pond electrical tubing, electrical sleeves right down to the fact i have seen flexible Samco hose fitted to cover it all.

Whats best please guys? Pictures would be good to give me an idea and also any links to suppliers of materials.
