Yes mate it was - they snapped the holder getting off the screen & left behind the charger ........ best part is that there was a laptop in the passenger footwell / must have relised & sent his mate back on a mountain bike but i was there - asked him what the fook he was looking at & he made out he was on his phone then pissed off the way he came / couldn't follow as i was still waiting for police to turn up .........
