got to start me new job tomorrow. Im so nervous its unreal. I thinks its because i havent been a store manager since march.

I am afraid that i may not have the ability to do this anymore. I mean theres going to be 46 staff FFS. Thats for starters. Then theres the size of the store 12500sq ft.

Its not the filling of the store or maintaining standards that worry me nor is even the paperwork. Its well might sound daft but its like all the employee issues that go on. Schedules and all that stuff.

All the worry of the health and safety of the employees that you have to be responsible for. Am i worrying too much or have i purely been spoilt being self employed and relying on sales leads to get my income in???

Or am i getting paranoid or even old??? Not sure i should even go......
