No they don't. The ACPO guidance is 10 % + 2 mph, whether it be mobile camera, fixed camera, vascar, radar, laser etc etc.
How come someone on MLR received a NIP this week for doing 32mph in a 30? So the ACPO guidance means naff all and that zero tolerance is being applied in some areas.
