Default Hospital Visit......................Weird Results

Went to hospital on Friday for the scan on my left shoulder, doctor thought cruciate ligaments were damaged, but after this I was taken straight to the x-ray department so heres what was found:

cruciate ligament torn near neck:
v shape fracture to collar bone:
hairline fracture to shoulder blade:
hairline fracture to ball joint:

Very strange thing is I do not know how I did it and before you think " was drunk ", thats not possible, been trying to work out how and when I did it and still no idea, next week or two I go back for another scan, now understand I have a high pain tolerence and would rather put up with this than visit a doctor, my shoulder has been playing up for 9 months to 2 yrs now, I wonder how long ago this might have happened as the last accident I had was 5 yrs ago, that was when a 1 tonne mould slipped and pinned me to a wall, had severe bruising, once it went thought no more about it, is that possible it could have happened so long ago ?. To sum up, operation on ligament now has to be done, shoulder strapped to stop movement, approx total time to heal 6-18 months.
