No way. 1st and 2nd gear go so fast that the turbo has no time to really spool up. 1st will not even spin the wheels properly because of larger turbo. 3rd gear is still spinning wheels, so the full boost will not really develop. 4th will show steady full boost no problem.
Must be different in a higher power car....I get full boost in 1st and 2nd and so on....deffo no wheel spin in 3rd!
You're just not trying hard enough
