It can be 2 things, the quadrant not working or the thrust bearing/springs going on the clutch.

scottbrown if your clutch is fairly new it may well be the quadrant at fault.

TURBO BOI yours could well be the clutch is on its way out, is the pedal very heavy, and does it ever judder or "squeal" when you pull off?
