well not quite

just some of the things that you need to change are

aux drive pulley
cambelt drive pulley (crank end)
exhaust manifold
dizzy cap
camshafts

theres a shit load more but its been along time since i built nasp cossy engines !!
it can be done with very good results
good luck , id like to see the power results ona std cos head on a pinto with juts a cam change maybe just to see if its cost effective over a dooing pinto
