im in a similar situation to you, was gonna do the exact same thing, am also 19, but decided to keep my xr2 and put money into that. i paid £830 tpft last year for it, will have a years ncb come october so should be cheaper next year to insure. will quicker than any sub 300bhp cossie when its out the garage, and cost a fraction to run/own.
