distance learning (plumbing) - any good?
Anyone had experience with it?
I want to do soemthing different career wise and I've always wanted to do plumbing. The only problem I've got is the shifts I do in my current job (4 on 4 off days/nights) don't make it easy to do courses at college...
I've found a few places that do distance learning with plumbing (all the theory) and I reckon I'd be able to put some of that in practice by tagging along with some of my mates over here that already do it...
any plumbers think this is a good/bad idea?
I won't be able to find another secure job with the same pay as my current one so it pretty much rules out ditching my job to be able to go to college..
